We Want a MLG GAMETYPE!!!!

Wouldn't we want a seprate game type when it is MLG Weapon Swaps with a couple dedicated servers for the gametype so no lag and and disable the lancer option just for the MLG GameType. because if they did that i would play 100 %. because when Halo Did it increase people played by alot i'm just saying alot more people would go online alot more.

To be 100% clear, Bungie didn't host dedicated servers for the MLG playlists. However, I would totally play it if Epic Games put it up as a playlist. Realistically, though, it ain't happenerin'.

You know they won't because the chainsaw sucks people in like a vaccum and the would have to let people chainsaw cause its a melee feature and mlg tourneys are on a system link and every1 has host and that would be a half clip down for holding down 1 trigger and at least the hammerburst requires some skill if you cant use it than you don't have that specific skill and mlg is supposed to even everything out weapons wise and takes skill to play in thier tourneys

There's a very large population of people that want the Lancer and the change is going to happen. I'm not going to watch another 45 minute stalemate on Security because of how overpowered the HB is.

The change is pretty much confirmed. No one wants to be instantly downed by a pretty unskillful weapon, the HB when they can team push with the shotgun as the lancer isn't powerful enough to stop several players damage wise.

The reason Hammerbursts were included in MLG settings is because the Lancer was considered an absurdly noobified melee function with a pea shooter attached, but that was in earlier days before players understood the potency of stopping power and the inferiority of the Gnasher in comparison.

I think the top competitive events should have Lancers, but I wouldn't mind Hammerbursts for a playlist; I guarantee you that chainsaw would still see rampant use when you play with randoms in public matchmaking.
