UT3 Custom Weapon Help!

I'm working on a shoop da woop gun for ut3 and i have the model and so far the only tutorial i can find for custom weapons isn't written very well but i can also download a video tutorial from the website but when i finish downloading the file plays as audio and if i convert it to a video it just plays as a black screen. Could someone please make a video tutorial or something so i can finish my weapon.

ps i'm sure that after 18 months of UT3 some must have writen a better tutorial than mine
