Problem with Demo playback

When playing back demos some players character perspective screen shakes side to side very rapidly throughout the whole demo. One example is the eswc 2005 semifinal match between lauke and falcon on lea, falcons perspective is smooth and normal, but laukes screen looks like hes on his 20th cup of coffee, I know its not a tactic for aiming or anything, ive seen this problem in some UT2004 music videos people have made.

the demo is client side by falcon if that makes a difference. UTcomp was running and I have rypelcam installed on my ut inall if that makes a difference.

Is there a fix for this? Or a known cause?

iv also been looking a fix to this problem, it happens to my recorded games about every 1 in 10 recordings, there must be a way to fix it cos if u open up the menu for rypeLcam while watching a vid like this the view will stabilize but only when rypeLcam is open, which of couse is annoying if you want to dumpframes cos u get the menu in the shots.
(i rename my demos, and have termed this playback error as a "scratched" game)
