I know that many threads are up about GoW2 for PC but few to little polls. Show Epic who wants a PC version!

No, If it brings the support from the developers shown on the first for PC then they can burn it. I admit I have no problems running the first, others do tho.

The editor crash's if you blink.

NO support for a port that many waited anxiously for over a year to get. Nah screw epic.

If they put a bit more work into it then it would be fab. Besides, while the first does have problems, the majority of people don't have problems with it.

I'd love it on PC, but the the lack of support for the first one... Well lets say it doesn't leave me feeling all warm and fuzzy.

It would be nice to see in on pc but who knows once they feel the need they want more money they will port it over but obviously not happening anytime soon.

Yeah i would like to see it ported to the PC as well, well as long as they address issues with the 1st one = stuttering, missing saved files, online stat tracking not working half the time, paying for games for windows live (at first), no dedicated servers, lack of 360 control support, etc. If they would at least solve those issues then I'm sure TONS of people will pick it up. Because the PC version was plagued with these problems and even though some where solved after a few patches, i believe that the damage for the most part has been done and turned off many from playing this game. I'm still hoping for a PC release I just hope they put some effort into it and I can 100% guarantee that if they do that then they will get more than enough money in return.

I would buy it hands down. Pity that GoW was affected by Games for Windows Live issues (and not only from its bugs). However the game has been polished and works perfectly right now.

I would love to have GoW2 on PC, although I have finished it on my brother's 360

because im sure they will earn more money in the way so they cover the port expenses

I hope it never comes out on PC. GOW 1 was DOA. It took hours to figure out how to install this game and play on windows live. It ran perfect for a few months. Now it won't even play. It just randomly died. I hope gears of war 2 never comes out on PC. I lost all respect for epic after a few months of trying to play this game. I bought GOW 2 on 360 it was bad ass but consoles are already out dated. I'm done with EPIC games if there gonna go half ass on there products and suck microsofts dick with console only releases than they can go **** themselfs. I'm done with em'. Never again. They also have the WORST SUPPORT for games. Worst then Saints Row 2 and I'm not even playing.

I bought the first one and luckily for me, compared to many other people out there, had almost no problems running it. I'd buy the second one too for the continued story and because the first one was fun.

I believe for a possible GOW2 PC release, one thing that would have lots of pulling power is cross-platform play between 360 and PC players. There would be more people for PC GOW2 players to play with, and more people for 360 players to play with. Also, some people have friends who own a 360 and do 360 gaming, while they stick to PC gaming. This would still allow them to play with each other through GFWLive/XBOXLive.

Gears was NOT a sloppy port, but it was not perfect. It has perfect controls and graphics but the multiplayer setup is terrible. An interface like UT3 for the multiplayer would have been perfect, as well as dedicated servers. Live may not work perfectly yet, but its still new and its getting better. I like being able to see my PC/Xbox friends and be able to join them.

For everybody that is having problems with not being able to start the game at all or has crashing problems.... FORMAT AND REINSTALL YOUR OS, then completely update it before installing Gears. If youre still having problems then throw your PC in a fire and get one that works.

They should also release it on Steam. I love Steam and it would probably sell well on Steam. Besides, Epic already have the Unreal Franchise on it.

As long as epic and microsoft realise that the first game no longer works as of the 28th of january 2009 was a stupid idea, STOP INSULTING YOUR CUSTOMERS. i bought the game legal and am tired of being treated like a criminal, don't know which monkey made that decision but i hope he lost his job. gears of was 2 is an awesome game and it would be nice to have it on PC.

I would buy gears 2 for PC as long as it DRM free. I bought Gears 1 for PC and now because of the DRM I cant play until they make a fix for it. IMO gears plays much better on the PC than the Xbox analog stick are just to clumsy for a shooter plus the PC has mods and better graphics. I also hope they drop live if they make GoW 2 because its crap.

I am hoping they do release a PC version, I invested alot of coin in this PC to play PC games! Besides, I would rather have one station to go to instead of having 3 different manufactured boxes lying around taking up space!

I think we have no chance to get gears of war2 on pc ,because xbox360 rule now.I still playing for gears of war.its very cool game and if in end of the year geow2 will not be able on pc i will get an xbox360.
