UT3 4-way Splitscreen Deathmatch w/ 4 Wiimotes

Halo 3 splitscreen deathmatch made me envy Xbox 360 owners. But not anymore. Thanks to some software (the same bunch), a freshly released hack, and almost two weeks of searching (I even tried to create dlls with VC++!) I finally got this to work. That is, in case you skipped the title, using 4 wiimotes to play UT3 on the PC.

Before, the only way you could pull this off was with 4 Xbox 360 controllers. Thanks to Racer S (http://tocaedit.com) and his freshly released controller emulator, my Glovepie-PPjoy-JoyID-powered wiimotes can now play the part.

And for the last time, my friends are not hiding somewhere with an Xbox 360. Or are they . . .

sweet dude, i might actually try this for fun and for splitsceen with my freinds. one question though how are the controls how do they work and is it at all possible to play the game normally with them? can i play competativley with them???

The controls are easy enough. In the video, my three friends were all noobs -- I was the only one with FPS experience. And that was just our third match. We were competitive, i mean, they tried, and of course I creamed them. But I asked them and they said they had a lot of fun. We're playing again next friday

in the video they were using nunchucks so i would assume yes? i see it being possible its like using the fragfx on ps3 or controller and mouse on ps3

You do need a nunchuk if you want to have all the same buttons as an xbox 360 controller. But if you can play with only basic controls, aiming, movement, and firing, then you could play with just the wiimote alone. You just need to move movement from the nunchuk joystick to the dpad on the wiimote.
