gliding bots?

i have 2 bots that glide on the ground instead of walking.the 2 bots are kat and war machine.i know kat is from the CBP map packs but why do they glide? they glide they dont move there legs at all.can someone tell me how i can fix this or why this is,its not a big deal but just want to know what up with this

The animation seems to be sticking. You might want to reinstall the skins.
