from normal ping too 500

i have that 2 time today when i start with ping
off 36(i a uk server in a 2 min later i have a ping like 500 wtf and the plll that where in tha game have that ping too is this a new bug

does it happen when players from the other side of th e globe join?
if it's when i'm around could be? i hosted games here, and you played on them, reember what kind of ping we had back then?

no that not it i happend in game with a normal server i hate a normal ping 2 min later i have a ping of 500

I've seen that hapen a few times you connect to a server and then after a few minutes your ping will jump to an absurd amount, tho those times I had it I experienced no lag.

It seems to be server side, tho I haven't had that for a long time now.

I don't see how ping could be a bug. If everyone on the server is having the problem, it's a problem with the internet connection of the server - ie, the computer hosting the game. Maybe a Windows Update started downloading.

If you're the only one on the server with the ping that jumps, the problem is with your internet connection.

If every server ping spikes, then it's a problem with Gamespy (or maybe just maintenance).

i must be the server it strang 2 hate it 2 times today never had it befor the 1 that 1 was killing had it too his pimng jump too 500 too
