    Crusha, take a look at this page that explains how weapon fires work. In general, just find the UT2k4 weapon that works most closely to what you want, and then start the new weapon off of that source code (usually a pretty good way to learn the weapon code without getting too overwhelmed).

    Ah, thanks. Though I am currently working on a bigger thing, namely the UltimateSaveSystem for UDK. It allows to save any Int, Float, Bool, Vector or String variable in script or Kismet into a DLL and load it from there too.
    But I am a complete noob at C++.


    However, afair I used one of the Fire() functions as done in other weapons and it should work just fine now. But I haven't tested it yet. I am always afraid of my own code.

    Adding the weapon effects should be fairly simple, just change the emitters of the projectiles. That said, I won't be doing that, since I want to try and recreate something from UT3 instead.
