Wow, this is sad news. I always had fun playing with Riddled, even though it wasn't too often due to our geography and UC2 poor net code. He usually annihilated me with that damn stinger and vampire, but he never whined about anything I did or called me a noob, whether it was using melee with Gorge, or constantly sniping.

I hate it when I hear news like this. Substance abuse is a huge issue and I've dealt with is first hand within my family so I realize how difficult it can be to overcome. My condolences to his family. This is sad indeed.

This saddens me deeply. I knew of him through UC2. One of the best players for his age. It's a shame he took his life. One thing that many people don't understand is that there are far worse tragedies occuring in this world that goes beyond any of our own drama. I will pray for him, may he rest in peace.

wow, he was only online the other day. he had such a huge ego lol just like myself. i enjoyed our friendly rivalries. who ever won it was always competitive. and when me, shock and riddled were doing TDM's the beatings we used to hand out kinda like BPM in there server.

I'm rather upset people feel this is the choice they need to make. He was a skilled player and a good person. I'll miss him as a friend. I wish his family and friends the best of luck through this hard time.

This is so sad tbh. Haven't spoke to Riddled for some time now but i have some very good memories of him on Unreal Championship 2, and we even played some PDZ together. He was one of the funniest people and an all round top gamer.

I haven't posted here yet, I've been inactive for 6 month and have been using but I'm most defiately not dead. I appreciate the love and I'd also appreciate it if this thread could be removed, I've PM'd the OP and I think I have a fair idea of who it was as there was only a few people who I spoke in depth to about my drug use, and only one who I fell out with, but as I've said to Tug, I'm not going to blacklist names without hard evidense and I don't care to take it any further, the messages left are very touching and I feel you all.

Death isn't something to be taken likely, because there isn't no coming back from that, whether you know the person on the internet or real life, big shout out to Cory 'xHenShi' Ward, a friend I knew via Xbox Live who passed away in November 2007 and to of course our very own Narc Ninja.

Well, I'm very glad to see you are alive, Riddled. Regardless of how angry this hoax makes me, I'm still just glad you're ok.

It sucks about Narc Ninja. He was a good guy, or at least on the forums. He was on pwnation a lot, until Augy dumped the site for some reason. I don't remember playing him though I'm sure I did at some point. Rest In Peace, Narc Ninja.

I believe it was heart related, I didn't know Narc personally, just played with him a bit. Unreal Butcher is the one who told me.

I don't know you Riddled, but I do know of you. Your name has been bounced around a lot. It is sad that the fake death message had to happen this way. I don't understand why someone would take something to such extreme and give us false information. Anyways, keep your head up. And I do hope you do not go the path that was mentioned. I haven't played UC2 since last summer... believe it or not. I still love this game with a passion, but I've also moved on with life and now play many other current-gen games.

This week for example, I've been hooked on Gears 2. Even though it's much slower paced thasn UC2, I really enjoy playing against bots in multiplayer.

UC2 is still my favorite game ever, but I've been all about Mario Kart, Mario 64 and fighting games lately.
