I'm a little bit late to the party guys so a quick questions
Are there still tags out there?
Specifically in London england i know the OP says there is but i want to see if anyone else has got one before i go rooting around in the capital

You can get one of those from the REAL website.Click on Merchendise, and then scroll down to action figures click on Marcus Fenix 1, and another website will pop up.Then once again down once again then click on Headshot Locust and it will have a COG Tag inside.

That's a different COG-tag. I gonna do a photo of all tags I know there made, since I have both NECA tags and Last Day COG-tag

Last Day COG-tag is about 6.5 centimeter in diameter (outer rim, not the teeth)

There are supposed to be 1000 in total.
I spent the night on election night in D.C. looking for one. I ended up getting mine off ebay.

Some were sent to press, some were hidden around the world (I guess with the help of local MS representatives). Then sites gave out these via some contests or coordinates/clues would be posted on where to find one. Places were often marked in some way with the red skull logo, like it was in the first Gears of War.

Yeah back when SixOkay was the Epic Community relations guy, we followed him on twitter and he randomly posted coordinates. Then we all made a mad dash to those locations.

In Russia you had to answer 6 questions, answer to each being two digits and answers to all six making up coordinates. Seeing as this was on every russian website which took part, I assume the questions part was added by Microsoft Russia. By then I already thought that I will miss that out, but heard from one of my office-mates that some website had this this posted, looked at these questions for half an hour, than googled the result and there it is

People at Epic released coordnates, then you put those coordnates on Google Maps, and boom! That's how you find them.

Mine should be coming in today or Friday.
