im just wondering if there is a way to translate carmine into a csid code....or visa versa...i would like to know how they came up with the first code...

there has to be a way to do this..its encrytion...thats all it is....and im just wondering if carmine will be the next code in csid...ok im done for tonight....this is worse than calculas....or phyics combines...damn computer nerds :P

does anybody get the screen where it asks you to enter one of those captha security codes? i enter it and then it asks for a name, i enter mine but then i get an error. i tried fenix and still an error.

Well, i'll say this to let all people know, who don't know. If you pass the first code screen that doesn't mean the code is correct, all you have to do is fill the code and press enter and it lets you go by. I know this because I got bored and just pushed abunch of random keys really fast and it let me pass the first code screen lol.

As for the security screen, that's just a random pointless screen. All you have to do is put in the numbers and/or letters it shows in the small box. Just like how alot of sites use to prevent bots and spammers.

As for entering your name, I am unsure if it's just to enter your own name. Or if it's an actual specific name as for verifying the user.

hey i had to sign upto the forum to say this as i havent seen nething written about it.
if you click on the little red cog at the bottom of the page where you enter the code for carmine icon,i was trying some randon stuff out and one worked!!
put in MARCUS-FENIX-ES hit enter and it will ask your to verify a code then put the code shown and it will ask you to put in YOUR NAME. now i have got this far but dont know what to do from here.

ne ideas ppl?

Alright okay. We know there are 15 audio files we currently do not have from that file. I've tried the links - all the things we currently have are accessible from your links. However, the audio files have NOT been uploaded yet as it can't find them on the system. There are multiple versions of each audio file so I'm trying them now. It doesn't look like they will work at the moment though.

It's a waiting game now. As soon as they upload them, we can grab them. What this does show us however is that future COG tag ID's are going to unlock audio files.

Unfortunately it seems Microsoft have caught onto the backdoors that happened in the Halo 3 ARG, so we can't get this faster then we are supposed to - we just have a direct route when it's uploaded.

They won't boot you, your doing nothing wrong. People always find backdoors like this - I was gonna look myself today but you found them nice and promptly so I didn't have to.

I've updated the front post with all the content. Some of it (like Recruitment Posters ect..) we have already which I haven't linked up. I'll sort that out in a minute.

You know what I just thought - a lot of the uploads will probably go up early next week once E For All is over and done with. Remember that EuroGamer COG Tag? Maybe that will unlock one of the first audio files.

Brilliant idea for a marketing campaign anyway. I just seriously hope I can get me one of those tags.

It's just gonna be small insights into the Gears universe by the looks of it - which is awesome. It might have some cutscene snippets judging by a few of them, but it will more than likely be audio only.

The ones I'm more interested in are the COG TAG audio unlockables. To me, they will probably be the more secretive ones that reveal some interesting things, since they aern't as mass market accessible as everything else that will unlock.
