question for Epic

I am currently working on a map for phase 2 of this contest and would like to have a certain modded vehicle, Hellbender Deluxe, in it which was not created by me. I feature this vehicle in all maps I make and have permission from the author, CaptainSnarf, to put it in my maps. I would like to know if there is an issue with this? This vehicle will not be contributing anything spectacular to the map its just a personnel preference. I would put a note about it in the readme.txt which would be included in the .zip I submit for the contest.

If you've got his permission, then it'll be fine; no different from any other collaboration between authors.
