as in cod4 when someone quits in a ranked game you need to have people be able to join in. its simple, just have them spectate until the next round.

Call of Duty 4 does not have ranked games. Call of Duty 4 Uses Player Matches with Matchmaking and Universal Leaderboards. It is a X-box live rule that ranked games are locked once they start, which means no one can join once it begins.
