UT3 Graphic problem need help please

hello
when i play UT3 it was everything normal and then i quit it off my pc and then play it again i found the graphic is so bad why i dont know? can somebody help me please?

Looks like maybe your screen percentage was pushed down somehow. Make sure screen percentage is at 100% or whatever in the video options.

i tried so many times in game setting video but its dont work or if im wrong tell me what setting you put in ur video setting may this help me
cuz now graphic looks like runescape
