It has been confirmed that there will be no demo.

There won't be a demo and I do believe that GOW is a trilogy although in an interview, Epic Games said they would keep making them until it gets boring, so who knows.

It's been "sort of officially" confirmed that Gears of War will be a trilogy because of interviews, because it was once referred to as a trilogy by somebody from Epic, and because we all know it's going to be a trilogy.

It's been "REALLY CONFIRMED" (OMG! O_O) by Cliffy B that Epic is only going to make them one game at a time, and then wait and see how successful it is, and if its successful they'll do another one. Lo and behold, Gears 1 = major success, and Gears 2 is gonna = UBER PWNSOMENESS SUCCESS!!eleventyone111

...In other words, there WILL be at least a couple more games counting Gears 2.

I think it would be kinda cool if epic let us download the room with the meat cube and destructable walls/floors and such with unlimited torque bow ammo

Well we can start plotting the ending for gears six. The commercial success and the name will most likely be enough to sell a million copies for each game. Were just playing into Epic's ingenious plan.
