Generic Browser... Where's the packages?

Hey everybody!


I'm starting to become very interested in level design for UT3, but I've ran into a rather annoying snag =/. I've been following the videos that come with the collectors edition, but in my UT3 Editor the generic browser hardly has any preset well... anything. I can't seem to find any surface textures (at all) to apply to walls, floors, etc. Is there a place where I download these from, or am i required to make them myself?

There aren't any files under my cooked pc folder either.
