IF YOU MEAN THEY'RE COMPLETLY BLACK, THEN YOU MAKE A LIGHT, AND THEN CHANGE THE LIGHTS PROPERTIES...OK STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS...

Okay...well the pictures of the team(Gorbad,Magat,Fluffy,etc.) Are they supposed to do anything? And the picture of the Derrick and Reavers are they supposed to be an animation because they're not doing anything.

How do you mean one after the other. Like say you play a bit of the level then a sequence starts or, when you swap camera to camera?

I KNOW THERE MUST BE A WAY, BUT I'M SURE AS HELL NOT INSTALLING GAMEMAKER 5.0 AGAIN, I COULD MAKE LITTLE ANIMATIONS, BUT THAT MOTHER F***** COULD AND WOULD BEGIN TO TAKE OVER THE OPERATING SYSTEM, MAKING EVERYTHING ELSE SLOWER...AND WITH VISTA, IT WOULD BE A NIGHTMARE

I use adobe image ready, but if you cannot get adobe products I used to go to downloads.com or some freeware site and just search for gif makers. Little buggers have awful color pallets and take up lots of memory.
