Need Help!!!

Ok so the first problem that I have is using my Logitech controller in the game. Sometimes it will work and other times it wont. I have payed the majority of the game having it work but now it seems to never work. Then I am at the last level and when it tries to load it just sits there loading and never loads. I believe it is a C++++ error but I am not sure. If anyone has any information on how to resolve these problems it would be much appreciated. Thank You
