We all know the usual frontal or rear chainsaw downcut, which slices down through the head or shoulder of an unsuspecting locust enemy, but I've come up with some additional moves.
The 'Spinal' Uppercut
Sneak up behind an enemy and push him upwards onto your chainsaw. Different from the move seen in the very first GoW2 trailer, in which you slice into the back and push through. With this move, you cut an entire gap in the spinal cord right into your victims head, which will likely be cut in half too.
Note: It seems Epic figured this one out too, because you can see it done in the first gameplay footage of GoW2. Fenix cuts through upwards, instead of through the enemies chest, near the end of the footage.
The 'Crusher's' Backstab
Can also be executed frontal. Simply roady run towards an enemy and rush your bajonet straight into your opponent with all the speeds and force you have. When executed properly your enemy will slice in two and you will simply proceed running with you chainsaw in front of you.
The 'Slicing' Headhunter
This will be a special attack that can only be performed when your enemy is standing on a lower level than you are, possibly whilst you or running on a hill or elevated object. You will simply run towards you enemy and cut right through his head, leaving a headless victim behind, probably dropping to the ground.
My favorite so far...
The 'Death from Above' Hammerhead
Give all the power you've got and rain down your chainsaw straight into your enemy. Your opponent will descend onto his knees while you hammer through his entire upperbody, leaving nothing but a dismantled pile of bones and organs behind.
(More coming up... I'm busy with sidwards attacks now, and counter-attacks.)
