[request] UT3 registry fix tool

I'm not sure if this has been brought up yet (as I havent gone back past 5 pages in this thread), but it would be nice if we had a registry fix tool much like the ones for UTk3 and k4 in case you wanted to reformat a windows drive without having to reinstall the entire game and mods because the registry got cleared.

Just launch UE3Redist.exe from your "Unreal Tournament 3\Binaries\Windows" folder and you're done.
