um i used to play the demo but i recently got the full retail version of the game and i can (when i get into it) play multiplayer online fine but when i click join game it connects and starts loading. if im lucky it loads but half of the time the screen goes black and i can't Ctrl+Alt+Delete out. so i manualy restart the computer.
how do i fix this is there a patch and if so how do i get it?

PS. (i havent got any patches since bought few days ago)
