    Default question from a newb

I haven't worked with the editor very much and I'm not very far into the tutorial disks, but I was wondering if there was a max size a level could be. Me and some friends want to work on a TC map for an rpg game we're thinking about, so I'm just wondering if there would be a max size or if we could make the whole world in one map, because loading is for losers :P I can see it with the subtractive level, but I don't know, I kind of see the additive as a huge vacuum in space just ripe for creation lol. anyone know?

The size of the visible grid in the editor is the limit, but if you make a map that large, you will encounter precision issues because the engine will be dealing with extremely large numbers. You can use the streaming feature of the engine to create large maps that run efficiently, but at some point a map just gets too large and you need to load in a new one. There are ways of doing this using the Prepare Map Change and Commit Map Change Kismet actions that can limit the visible loading effect on the player.
