Hello Forum,

Unreal Tournament 3 needs more time to start as a normal user then as administrator, not only one or two seconds more, really 10 seconds more. I noticed that also on older Unreal Engine Games like Americas Army. I give my user write access to the Unreal Tournament 3 Dir, but that changed also nothing. Maybe it has to do with the registry, because Americas Army also was not installed correctly, I think it does not write all needed keys or strings in the registry, I think I can remember that a patch told me that. Maybe that happens because the Current User Folder is not loaded as Administrator, as I installed with the command run as from the context menu. Frontlines: Fuel of War is completely not runnable as normal user, which is installed by a completely Administrator Login to load the full environment to prevent above problems, also after I give my user write access to the Unreal Tournament 3 Dir and the PhysX Ageia Dir. I searched for some other folders, but I could not located other dirs, include Shared Files, where are some necessary files stored. Have anybody similar problems or a fix for those problems. Furthermore this should be more a report to the Developers for making the Unreal Engine 3 Games more compatible with Multi-User Environments under Windows XP. Here is my full system profile.
