Small Question

hi all hope you can help.
I am making a sort of DM map and have built all the inside and made terrain and skybox but when it coms to joining them up when i subtract in the gap between the rocks to make a doorway all the terrain disappears and i cant work it out.
If anybody can shed some light on my problem it would be gratefully appreciated.

Just rebuild all. That fixes it.
