Mutator instagib doesn't work

I want to put on my server the instagib mutator, but it doesn't work on it.

That's the ".bat" files :

What's the problem ?

Remove ?GameMode=UTGame.UTMutator_Instagib and add ?Mutator=UTGame.UTMutator_Instagib
