    Default Scaling Skeletal Meshes HOW????

I've started work on a kitbash job of a Xan model for UT3 but for the love of god I can't find the mesh scaling section in the animset properties window. I've got the guy in pieces ingame but its way to big.

Unrealed3 had a mesh scale option where is it in Unrealed4?

That only works in the viewport windows.
Clicking the Right, middle, and left mouse buttons does nothing in the Animset window; except for moving around.
The scale setting used to be in the properties panel.
