Ut3 beta demo issue very low Fps on great comp

hey, ill be glad if you guys could help out on my problem.. first off i get a dreadfully low fps on the ut3 demo 4-13 fps. I just cant figure out whats wrong .... i just installed the latest 163.75 drivers and nada still the same ... My specs are: 2 8800GTX's in sli, Asus striker extreme ,QX6850 cpu , 2 WD raptors @ 10,000 rpm in raid 0 and four 750 GB seagate barracudas with a 24'' monitor 1920*1200 i bet my comp could take ut3 without breakin a sweat..... so whats freakin up with this.....ill be damn glad for any help thxx..
