Making Maps and Mods

Just a simple question; is it possible yet to make maps and mods in UT3? If so, where do I get the Editor?

Yes; Yes, when it ships, though it is much easier to make maps with it than mods; It comes free with the PC version of the game NOT the PS3 or Xbox360 version.

The answer is no. Not until the full version of the game comes out.... that will come with the editor.
