Admin Mod

I would like to see someone make an admin mod for UT3 like the old Uadmin Mod for UT2004. Something to make it easy to kick and ban people, punish the jerks (and i'm sure there will be plenty of them while the game is new), and add a chat filter to keep the swearing to a minimum, etc.... I don't know the first thing about making a mod like this, but as a server administrator for a UT2004 server the Uadmin Mod has been a great asset. Me and many other server admins will greatly appreciate it if someone makes us an admin mod.
