Mutator: Instant Weapon Switch

Don't know if Epic are going to address this issue, as it is clearly a popular one, but a nice mod/mutator to enable Fast / Slow / Normal / Instant weapon switching would be really nice....

i guess it would be OK, but it would greatly devide the player base, with the slow switchers callig the insta-switchers noobs, and both of the diff types of players never playing on the others servers, so idk, maybe just a faster weapon switch
