almost every other time i exit the game, i get a BSOD with this error code:
0xE6858C24
i did a google search for it but nothing showed up
anyone know wut causes it?

What video card do you have? Driver version?

Try the newest driver you can find on Nvidia's site. I seen awhile back Nvidia had issue with some of their drivers and it caused this type of issue. The fix for it was to disable a setting in the boot.ini file in Windows.
