Whiners/Complainers in multiplayer

A little earlier today I was in a 3v3 ranked match on subway, first to 14. We were dominating the other team like 10-2 or something. I pistoled and meleed 2 of 3 ppl before I was killed. They told me you're being a n00b, is that all you can do??? blah blah etc. Then the next round I threw 2 grenades and killed 2 of them, and they quit b/c of my "n00b tactics."

I can't understand why ppl b1tch about legitimate in game tactics...I killed them fair and square. I also had more kills then their entire team combined. Its so sad to see ppl whine about legitimate stuff. There was no glitching being done. These ppl ruin the online gameplay almost as much as glitchers do...notice I said almost...

Whats the deal with these little b1tches anyway?

Well there is nothing wrong with grenades, especially if you throw them, but pistol is a little different. Not that i am impugning your skills but a lot of people just go around slapping people with the pistol which is kind of cheap in my opinion. Once you are slapped its pretty hard to recover and somehow kill them. But I am not one to start stuff with someone unless they start with me. But, yeah, I definitely enjoy killing someone who slapped me with the pistol the most.

OK - explain to me how this is any different than someone melee'ing you down with the sniper, torque bow, or boomshot? The stun with the pistol is not as powerful as those other weapons, thus, you can't get in 2 back-to-back melee's like you can with the other weapons. You still must land some shots with it in conjunction with the melee in order for the pistol to be effective, thus making it harder to use than the sniper/torque/boom to down someone.

Just my opinion, but the pistol is NOT cheap. 1v1, the pistol is very effective (against non-host). 1v2 or 1v3, don't bother using your pistol. You may be able to down one of the enemies, but you won't be able to finish them off if you do down them. Go shotty.

You are not a n00b man, you play how it suppose to be played, don't get annoyed of these idiots who ruin your game experience, dun let them.
I have been called n00b and camper because I play with tactic and not stupidly. I have been killed by other team-mates because I "stole" their kill, and I have been kicked off by the host because I picked up a longshot sniper.

When others fear to get their ass kicked and have no guts to take that somebody plays a little more skilled then them and then even insult other gamers, is not only sad, pathetic and just plain stupid, it takes the most important factor in a game "friendly" head on head competition with winning or losing and most importantly the fun.

Mute them, or play with others who even say stuff like "Man, you got me with the grenade damn fast, didn't saw that coming" or "You're skilled, great play dude" you know? Have fun

Now I totally agree with that, but 50 kills seems reasonable but, I say that they loose some gamer score like an anti-achievement, lol.

whatever it takes really to stop quitters and for people who get disconnected alot while that might seem unfair you have to realise if you keep getting disconnected then its time to sort your connection out and stop joining games until you have sorted it out

Honestly some people!!! How are you a "n00b" if you use a weapon that has been integrated into the game by a team of PROFESSIONALS. You know, its only the people who are on the recieving end of a pistol whip that moan and whine about this. Get over it. If you see someone coming at you, for kryll sake FINE AIM WITH THE SHOTTY!.

I think theres something you're not understanding, OP.

In the MLG(ahem, major league gaming) world, there are most certainly weapons that are and are not under the definiton "cheap" You are most certainly right, your tactics are legit and fair.

In the MLG rules, being classified as "cheap" includes the following:
1.Pistol whipping
2.Melle charging(running straight up to somebody and smacking them)
3.chainsawing
4.downing somebody with the boomshot
5.Getting a kill with the same weapon several rounds in a row (with exception of lancer or shotgun)

Im sure there are more.

The problem is that EVERYBODY seems to follow those "cheap" guidelines.

Also, are you in a clan? If you are, then you know that when you fight in clan matches, other players can leave feedback about your clan on one of the many clan sites that keep clan records.(Still following me?) Other clans can see this info.There is one case I have to share with you....

When I used to be in a clan, we had our 2nd clan match on Tyro station. As many of you know, Tyro Station leaves most players empty handed weapon-wise. So, I decided to use the pistol at the wrong time:the deciding round when it was just me and one other player. I pistol whipped him, and all the other players immeadiatly(and I mean that literally) ran to their comps and left messages stating we were a "pistol clan" and "noobish"

We never got any more challenges.

Anyways, the thing you gotta rememberlay your way, and live by nobody else's rules. Got all that memorized?

I totally agree Although, on Ranked Matches, NOBODY is nice. Everyone has piles or something. They`re so irate!

Theres a perfectly good way to counter all of these so there not cheap, just tactics. Pistol whipping can be countered with the shotty or jumping back b4 he does it, Melee charging can be countered with the exact same method, if you run up to some1 with a chainsaw your face will get blown off if you dont have bad lag, the boomshot is fair because it has 2 rounds so just run, and the only reason people get the same kill with weapon is A) They're getting an acheivement or B) They're new and trying to get practice or C) Its the only weapon theyre good with. Personally I think the "Cheapest thing" is killing noobs relentlessly.
