How many hours do you play per day?

Lets be serious for a minute. If you are playing 12+ hours a day of any computer game there is a very serious problem. Not only are you not getting exercise, you have let a computer game completely control your life.

There are countless studies that prove that addiction to games can be extremely serious if not dangerous. I only hope that you are being sarcastic and if you are not that you have the sense to seek help. You need to realise that it is not something to brag about, you are putting your health in danger and I have no doubt that people around you are suffering aswell.

On Working Days I'm not playing regulary, depends if my girlfriend (I'm living with her) is at home or not. Then it's usually for not more than 2 hours. At weekends if she is out with friends and I have some time and decide to stay at home and play it could become more than 8 hours, depending on when she's comming home.

My record stands at a 36 hours 'WWE Smackdown - Here comes the pain' 4 player marathon. All I have to say to this is 'Once and never again'

the only time i have ever played more than 12 hours was when i just got the game. i stayed up all night friday and saturday and slept alll day and night sunday

failed all tests and quizzes monday but totally worth it.

Full time student and two jobs equals less than two hours a day for all gaming. And I like arcade games, so gears gets pushed back a bit.

I used to watch and record about 40 shows a week during new season. Then february 2006 came about and I bought my first of 2 Xbox 360s. Now I sacrificed some shows and now watch and record around 30. I play anywhere from 1 to 4 hours a night, depending on if friends are online. I watch recorded tv shows while I am in lobby. (maximizing time). You can play something for long periods of time and not be addicted. If you are having fun. If you start getting stressed while playing or need to play then you have a problem. I have friends who feel the need to go out and drink on weekends. I just like to relax at home and watch tv, movies or play games. Everyone has their own forms of entertainment.
