I am sure half of the GOW players wonder why only the rooms with bad connections always fill up first.
One thing that some people may not realize who are decent and sometimes very good... is that when playing ranked or player match with friends\clan besides the teamwork is that they are used to each others good or bad connections. So when you play a room and you can tell they are average but are still getting the best of you because they have the above things mentioned going for them. Would all of you agree?
This is how I see the current system works for gears.
Say I am hosting with good connection. Two people are shooting each other. I live in Dallas and one is in California, other in Florida or someone on East coast. They both shoot at exactly the same time. But factoring in Latency the one closest to me will get the credit on the kill. I have seen in my hosted games where two people killed each other with shotgun. Each had a active reload and got one shot in. Has happened about 5 times.
So what suggestions are out there for improving shots besides leading them or saying prayersI hate sneaking up on people and instead of blowing them away I get blown away. Only way to guarantee a kill on a sneak attack is chainsaw, melee or grenade. And each has its own risks.
