    Default Xbox has the worst customer service

    So my xbox broke, and I called them to see what I had to do to send it in. Then I call, and I tell her whats wrong with my xbox. I tell her that whenever I play single player, or multiplayer, the game freezes, and sometimes red lights flash. Then shes like, "well theres probably something wrong with your internet, contact them to see if anything is wrong" Then I kept telling her that it was in single player too, and when my internets not even plugged in it freezes. Then she keeps telling me that its my internet =\. But then I called back right after I hung up and the guy helped me out.
