A few things for gow 2 to have.

First,I would love for the game to have vehicles,wich I wish gears of war 1 had except for one level.I would like helicopters,jeeps,civilan vehicles,motorcycles,bycicles,planes,trucks,A A guns,and tanks in both single and multiplayer.I would also like destructible enviroments in this one.Only boxes,couches,and chairs could be destroyed in the first.In the second,I would also like walls,floors,buildings,pretty much everything and I would also like all the destruction to be physics based to make it more realistic.Also I would like for the physics to be in alot more things in this one like particle physics for the smoke,liqiud physics for blood and water and stuff like that (would love for blood to get on the walls and on pretty much anything around it that the liquid physics would allow),cloth physics for any clothing you see on the character and pretty much any cloth type stuff,and just regular physics for when the enviroment is destroyed and dead bodies and remains of blown up stuff.It may not be easy to add this to what is going on in gears of war 2 but it would be perfect if you added those things.

Maybe in GoW2 your in a helicopter over a battlefield with other cog fighting locust and you can mow them down with a side mounted rail gun on the helicopter...that'd be cool... but I dont think we need tanks or jeeps and crap

they basically blew up their whole civilizatin how would they have all of those vehicles and plus with alot of those vehicles ur asking for another gta san andreas except just futuristic and angainst a war enemy that everyone in human civilization hates.

you have some really good ideas I would like to see these things also, I used to watch alot of gears of war videos before the game was out and I remember seeing markus fenix scraming while he unloaded a lancer clip at a lucast while the camera paned around him all the while he was moving around if they made it so that in online your character screamed whiles shooting at someone else I think that would be awesome. I know what I am talking about idiots.I love this game and on the first one,the blood disapears in thin air when you shoot them.I would like it so the blood also gets on the walls and all over and I would think the vehicles would fit in if the maps were like 5X the size.So I have owned the game earlier then most people because I got it early by pre-ordering it so just stop acting like a bunch of babies and just learn that these are IDEAS THAT I WOULD LIKE and they don't have to put them in the game but I would like them to.And thanks to all the people that support my ideas.

go play call of duty 3 if you want vehicles...

Gears is a stop and pop type of game, made for close confrontations and gunfights. For vehicles to work you would need very large maps, and that would throw out close range gun fights and the team based strategy involved in a tight knit game like Gears currently is.

If vehicles were present you would have everyone riding around in jeeps and tanks doing stupid crap instead playing the game how it was meant to be played by using the cover mechanics (which would be obsolete if vehicles were the case).

Also you would need larger guns....like a rocket launcher(something larger than boomshot)..something to combat the vehicles when your on foot...with weapons like this in the game it would throw off the mechanics of cover cause everyone would blow everyone out of position with large weapons.


Vehicles in a game like Gears would be a disaster...if you want to try and debunk my theory and post some half-assed reasoning than go for it, but Im sure majority know im right in this situation.

Vehicles may work in SP, but when it comes to MP you gotta think about balance and gameplay mechanics...and it would throw everyone and everything off in MP

Why? Its only 4 on 4. You want vehicles in a small, tactical squad-based action game?

The ONLY way I can see vehicles implemented in MP, would be some sort of APC or something that acts like a slow moving mobile turret, for supression. Otherwise, it would be retarded to be flying jets around or ripping around in jeeps and crap. Not every game that has shooting needs vehicles.

I don't even agree on 6v6. I would ONLY agree to that if they set it up like Halo 2, where you could select to play 2v2s, 4v4s, etc, so I could avoid the chaos that 6v6 would degenerate into. More is not always better.

Melee counters would be cool. I'd like to see it implemented like Resident Evil 4, where a random button must be pushed.

Please no vehicles that would completely changet he whole multiplayer, i mean its not giong to happen. Unless you were talkinga bout just singleplayer, in which case im all for it, but i didnt really like the one vehicle they had in this one. Blood spatters on walls would be cool, more variety in weapons, more unqiue weapons are some of my top lists. Unique weapons is the one place Risistance shines a lot more than gears. Also more game modes would rock. obviously things like latency and randomness that people have been complaining about since the release of the game as well.

Oh and god no playing cog and locust side for single player, that completely screwed halo 2's campaign i would rather have that not happen here.

Vehicles are a no-go, they would break the gameplay unless they were very limited, and then its just pointless. If anything, having more gametypes and destructable environments outside of sofas would be nice. Ex, let grenades stick to everything, because that would alter gameplay more than having a vehicle.

No to vehicles. If vehicles are added I quit the game. We are talking about a destroyed world... 90% of the surface is a destroyed mess. If you add vehicles and new futuristic weapons you are just taking away from the whole destroyed beauty that epic was going for in the first place.

No tanks, no dropships, no hummers with machine guns, no jeeps. To me the vehicle that is currenlty in game is pushing it. In this type of destoyed land I picture a half destroyed, rusted out chevy truck with a makeshift gun bolted on the top. Have you ever seen that start of terminator 1? With the peice of crap rusted pickup truck with the gun on top? If vehicles have to be implemented that is what I picture.

Same thing with weapons. I want more guns that are so beat up they need duct tape to hold them together. I dont want to see weapons with ultra futuristic zoom lenses. The game oozes an atmosphere of dirt, blood, and broken steel.

Keep it plain and simple.
