Help with unreal anthology

Ok im not sure if this is the right section for this but..i just bought the unreal anthology since my local game store dosent sell UT 04. And when i put in the cd key nothing happens..the light for the next button wont turn on...can u please help or send me a link to tech support for this game.

that just means that the key you entered was incorrect, make sure you're not mistaking the I's for 1's and O's for 0's etc, that's what got me for the first few trys.
