I saw a really good one the other day - had my bud on as a guest, and he shotgunned a guys legs off, while another guy shot the enemies chest simultaneously, sending a legless, chunky locust flying.

Overall a headshot just gives you a satisfation of power especially in multiplayer becuase everyone knows you are just waiting and they cant do anything about it

Nope.. you didn't mention sticking at all. Someone posted they love grenades.. and that they are extremely useful weapons. You posted that there is no skill needed to master it.

I then posted my thoughts on that. And then you posted what I quoted above. Not one mention of sticking them at all.

Meleeing locusts while they're jumping from a cover piece, and ending it with the locust dead on your shoulders.

while a locust is jumping from a cover piece, you come up and shoot his legs off with a shotty, seeing as the upper body is flying over you and the legs are about 8 feet away from you.

Shooting a locust with a shotty (doesn't explode) while he is running besides the railing of the train, and he falls off the train dramaticly.

hitting a boomer with the torque bow (arrow goes thru his eye).

Not necessarily true.. for me.. with any shooter I play, throwing grenades is one of the hardest things for me to learn/master. I remember my Rainbow Six days.. when i'd be bouncing grenades off of the tops of doors and walls and them bouncing back onto my teammates and myself.

Now Gears does make this a bit easier by adding the trajectory line in for you so you can at least see where it's going and what it will bounce off of... but it still is difficult sometimes to get them in the Emergence holes if you're standing really far away. Because if you have to aim really high to get the right arc on the throw, sometimes the view of the hole goes off screen and then you're throwing blind.

It's doubly worse when playing split-screen coop (becuase your screenview is cut in half and you really can't see much of the trajectory).... then ....trying to get grenades in holes that are far away, are a wish and a prayer.. but do-able if you try it long enough.

Yeah, In split-screen, its way harder, I tried throwing one in a hole from quite a long distance and thought that it was blown up, I kept on dieing from behind about six times and to only find out that I have been missing the same hole for those six tries.

The Troika is an awesome show, I love to shoot the legs off of my enemies and watching the body spew blood from the artaries is priceless.

I would love to see the shotgun with a chainsaw mounted, as it is a close range weapon, it would be awesome!!

How about some kind of blade at the end of the shotgun, not the front but the handle part in the back, so when you melee it could do some more damage. The chainsaw is for the lancer.

But why use the tip of your shotgun for a blade when you could just shoot the thing. The blade near the end of the shotgun where you hold it at would be more better because when you melee, then the damage would be greater than the no blader.
