(I don't know if there is a thread like this) But I was watching some trailers and Dom asked Marcus about something and hw talked about his father being a hard ass, and I was thinking is Colonel Hoffmen Mascus's father

That would be interesting (and if it's true, a military man like Hoffman seems exactly like the sort of type who would be pissed at his own son defying orders to come rescue him), but i think it's impossible. Isn't his father some scientist who was working at the Academy at the time or something?

he had to because in another video dom says another squad is calling for help and marcus says we have to protect ourselves and then dom replies that the guy says hes your father so marcus's father must still be alive

I believe that when that scene happens, Marcus and Dom are fighting in the pendelum wars.

Yeah, but also in a video marcuss totally tells colonel hoffman off. He's not his dad. Also his dad was a solider in the pendulum wars. He could've been a scientist ,though. (sorry about grammar but I don't want to properly correct my errors right now)
