Personally I make my maps for my own enjoyment.If others like them, then great, if not, don't DL it.

I r back playing guitar live in a band again, quit gaming and online life around 2 years ago and have no intention of coming back either, it'll never be the same as what it used to be. being a guitarist is far more rewarding than being a clan leader, plus i get a hell of a lot more ladies as a guitarist

In no order of importance

CTF-Darkside (made by BBR PyschoPat) I will make a version after a few months of feeling out 2k7 and the new editor.

CTF-Woot because its a fun map to practice airshots and its nonstop action usually with nowhere to hide.I will make my own version.

CTF-Face Classic should return as mentioned by Epic.I know alot of people like to snipe,but it goes along with that map and you just have to know how to deal with them.

CTF-Bedrooms-fun popular map

DM-Rankin has an awesome layout but could use some flare.

DM-Goose is just an all around excellent map in every way.

Just a note : they said all maps would be part of a single world, so they are not random maps thrown at random anymore.

In other words, I doubt you guy will see any remake out-of-the-box, or very few.

As much as I want a completely fresh set of maps in UT2k7, I've a feeling DM-DE-Ironic will play alot sweeter with the new movement( faster running speed, toned down jumps) and player scale!

We should probably let the original authors of custom maps remake their own creations, if they choose. So which of your own maps would you re-create? Or which official map, assuming it isn't included already?

I'd like to see CTF-Command reborn. And BR-Icefields might make an interesting no-vehicle Warfare map, if the gametype is what I'm imagining. AS-Overlord could be a neat Warfare conversion, too. Also, Dom-Ruination could really shine as a fancy new CTF map.

Well, if we're talking about own maps, I'll probably be making a remake of JunglePass for UT2007 if I can find the time. It'll be a lot smaller and more tight this time around.
I might also make a UT2007 version of DM-1on1-Scorch... and those are the only 2 maps I ever released.
I'll also try to make a UT2007 version of an unanounced but mostly finished (layout wise) CTF map that's sitting on my HD. (current project name is TwinChapels)

Fat Jimmy's Raceway for VCTF, all of Juergen Vierheilig's sniper maps (Zeitkind, Zahltag) and other sniper maps like Castle Wars, Konosus and Dark City, if the sniper rifle is as rockin as expected. More excited to start something from scratch though.

I have a bunch of my old UT maps that I'd consider remaking, or in fact, using as a base for much improved versions (not only in visuals I mean). I also have a bunch of un-finished UT2k4 maps that I'll most likely do for UT2k7 if I never finish them for UT2k4.

I might make a remake of CTF-Beatitude as I've practically doing so for UT2k4 (see BETA link in sig *cough* pimpage, sorry *cough*) and it'd be something I'd probably use as an opportunity to learn the new features rather than do the whole design process.
