Unlocking Characters

I know most characters need to be unlocked in story mode, but I think it would be helpful to have an unlocking forum here, so please post how to unlock characters in full detail here, thanks

Then, you buy action replay.
Then, you use action replay.

It tells you how to unlock each character when you select the spot they will be.

As for getting them im pretty sure there was a cheat like hold white, left trigger, and right trigger.

No, it's just to download profiles that have entire game beat already.

Brock=beat laurens ladder tourny
Torgr=beat szalors tourny
Malcom=beat a human(sapphire)on everygametype DM Tdm etc
Raiden=beat all the challenges (very hard unless you cheat)
Gorge=beat malcoms ladder tourny
Selket=beat acension right
Devastation=play a match and win aginst her

Thats all of them i think

dev is 14th ladder in assecnsion rites

In a story game, pause and hit L+R+WHITE to open the cheat menu...

That means I can get all characters without playing the leader, because I play with my friends and we do not have much time to unlock all these things.
Is it possible to unlock all with cheats?
