    Default A question about emitters

    hey,

    When makking a sprite emitter, when the map is being played the emitters will disapear when you go near them. A good example on this is on the ONS-Dawn map where the redeemer is located in the crashed vehicle with the flames.

    Is there any way I can stop this from happening?

    This nevers happens with any of my Sprite Emitters...
    Dawn looks like a z-write issue on its flames, I'll have to look at it closer.

    It never used to happen, it used to be fine but now it just does it?

    There is something flakey with the BenTex01 texture package.
    If you use a different flame texture, such as EmitterTextures.MultiFrame.LargeFlames, it works just fine.

    If I attempt to export the flame texture from BenTex01, or even Duplicate and Compress as DXT1 (it is an RGBA texture), the Editor GPF's instantly.
    So I would say that package is bad, and that texture has some issues.
