Server On Linux.

Hi everybody
i'm having problems with installing the SERVERONLY on my linux Dedicated server.
i used this guide:

and now, when i'm trying to run the server... it shows: Permission denied and i can't open the server !
... can anybody help me??

and another Question, can i host a game for demo users too? and using my own maps ? ( that we created !) please answer me soon

This sounds like a permissions and or account setting problem. Please make sure you have an account other than root set up and you give ownership it the server install to this account.

As for the demo server. If I remember correctly, you are limited to the demo maps only, mo mods, mutators or security can be installed with it.

and i HAVE THE ORIGINAL CDKEY! and one more demo vrs.

If you are running a server from a cd install, you can either
1. Start the game as a listen server. or,
2. Download the dedicated server files, create a full install for the server only and get a server cd key from http://www.unrealadmin.org/modules.p...e=Server_CDKey
