View rolls upward

Each time UT2004 starts & /or new game, I start out looking forward, then gradually my view/aim rolls upward until I'm looking at the ceiling/sky:down:

Any cure(s) for this?
Suggestions?

If you have a joystick plugged in, check it's calibration, or turn it off. also check your binds, make sure pushing forward makes you only go forward.

It could be an error with your mouse, or it could just be running out of batteries. I find that this occasionally happens with my wireless mouse (maybe your surface is on a slight slant?) Try checking your drivers
