Default my UT2004 can't run after i got nVIDIA 6600GT

as the tile implies, after i changed from GeForce 440 to GeForce 6600GT, my UT2004 can't run the way it used to.

Attempts to run the game results in a black screen followed by a hang.

Did you renew your bios? Reinstalled drivers not overwriting them?

Try deleting your UT2004.ini file , located in UT2004 \system folder . The game will write a new one on start up. Might fix your problem. Or reinstall game.

You need to uninstall the old driver and old card via the hardware manager. Reboot next, then install the card then driver.

Then you delete the .ini file and restart the game.

Did you plug in the power cord for the 6600GT? It needs a seperate source of power or most 3D games crash.

I had problems with nf4_disp or something like that.
I got XFX Geforce 6600GT AGP . After I installed the latest driver from nvidia.com ( 71.83 or something ), UT crash or UT goes very slow and popping up a message someting with nf4_disp then pc automatically reboot.

I uninstalled the driver and installed the driver from the cd included with the graphic card. ( version 66.81 )

And its working perfectly, tho I had score 3224 on 3dmark 05 with 71.83 driver. And now i have 2974 on 66.81 driver.
