Need help from Atari

Hello,
I've rented a server running OK BUT
Everyday at noon (WEurope)=6:00am (East US) server reboots or stops and I have to restart it.I've posted allot of tickets and written to server support I'm told "we're looking into it" but nothing changes!!Can some1 from Atari do something ?THXS

If you're having a problem with your server rebooting or stopping you'll have to talk to your server provider about that. Atari, who BTW is only the publisher of UT2004, can't do anything about it. Neither can Epic, who actually makes the game. Try calling or emailing your server provider and see if they can help. If they can't help you out I'd suggest you switch providers.

Wrong.......... They rent servers also.

If they don't provide the service, someone else will. Dump them and find a provider that will work with you.

In fact I got 2 other rented servers 4 clan and 2 other running on my small pc and all are running OK.BUT i rented this 1 from Atari they've done the game they MUST provide me 1 server running OK.I won't drop it or cancel my account I only want a server running OK

I rented a server from Atari also and had a similar problem. It was like the thing would go into sleep mode and I would have to restart it to get it going again sometimes rebuild it. I ended up only renting it for a month after a number of problems.
