Default How much bandwidth would I need?

I'm thinking of running a UT2k4 server. And I was wondering how much bandwidth would I need to run a public server for 24 ppl? Per hour or per minut or per second...

    24 * 8 * 10000 = 1920kb/sec upload

    (10000 is maxinternetclient rate)

    Frogger,
So, with a small reduction in MaxClientRate, could one expect to have a few additional people?

Also, spectators take the same bandwidth that a player does, correct?
