Can't Get 2k4 Plugin for Maya PLE installed..

Installer is giving me an error of (invalid drive j:\) I am trying to install it off the 2k4 DVD edition. I have tried getting ActorX off UDN but it tells me the correct version does not work with the PLE.

Hrmmm I looked back in the forum a bit.. You seem to have been complaining about this for a while.... Same installer problems as me?

Hmm, using Win98/ME perhaps? If so, it won't work.

If not, try copying the Install file to your hard drive firstthen Install. Also, I don't recall if this is necessary, make sure Maya is working first(you need a code IIRC).

I think he has it right. If you are using the old versions of windows it probably won't install. Plus, if your computer is to old to run XP or 2000 you need a new computer.
