Win 2k all updates.
AMD athlon 2800+, 1gig pc2700 ddr, nvidia geforce fx 5600 256m.

i have all my drivers updated, and all of the ut2k4 patches.

i go to start the game and i get a message:

i dont know what is causing this. any help is appreciated.
