Wierdest Thing Ever!

Ok, I type alot so this will be alot to read lol.

When I got Ut 2004 and played online it was ok not to much lag but for some reason one day it was like i had ping 1000000. Im not sure if its lag or what. Like I walk a few steps forward and i reapear where i just was and walks it again and again and again then i walk more and more forward and i keep reappearing wher ei was before and it creates some cycle and im walking around the map and im not touching mouse. And recently i played the chain island and it was terrible I ended up drowning myself in the water lol. I have no idea but it just went there. Because when im walking around i think it repeats it over and over and if im trying to move around while its doing it it does it when its done when before i moved. If you understand which made no sence lol. I wish i had a camera to record this. Maybe I could send like 100 screenshots making an animation lol. But basically here is a play: I walk over to pick up some guns and they pick up i suddenly reappear where i was before and it goes over and picks them up again and again and when it finishes i see someone walking by, they walk by over and over again as before. I shoot a rocket, never see it because i ended up facing a wall and blasted myself away. lol. ok say I looked at the ground and shot the ground. Waits 5 seconds or so then im dead. I enter a vehicle takes 10 seconds and does this whild chain of enter and exiting. lol. by then im dead. I jump off a cliff a high one. I jump off never touch the ground im back up there again and jumps off and does it a few times then bam out of no where the impact kills me as im walking after I landed on ground. lol. Also before I had this problem where everyone was the guy with the dread locks and no guns appeared or vehicles but that was only few times. But i still think me drowning myself is the best. If anyone thinks they can help me I can try to explain in a better way if I can but i know it is not lag because I can be playing by myself online or with one person and is same. Also im not sure but it also does it on single player but barely. Like im walking and when i turn it doesnt turn for a few seconds but I know its not my computer because when im walking i see everything thats going on and doesnt get stuck its just like im walking i look left or right it doesnt do it and people are shooting at me then suddenly a few seconds ill appear a bit away from where I was before.

Background task hogging system resources (CPU, memory) is what it sounds like to me.

ok it hasnt happened in single player anymore but to make it short every time im online on even an empty good ping server i walk around and say i get 5 feet in game feet lol or i walk a little ways to a gun rack. I get to the gun rack does not pick up and i appear where i was before and it walks over to it again and again and finally picks it up after about 15 seconds. Now I know ping 200 isnt that bad.

Basically like I said everything I do repeats itself. If when its repating I try moving around more when it finishes the one cycle it will go all crazy doing where i moved next and next and last for over a minute without me touching mouse and rockets take about 10 seconds or any gun fire to appear. I bet you will all say this is lag but I know it is not.

I have played many times online before with up to 10 people and the only problem I had was the vehicles sliding in game when driving.

dude ping 200 IS BAD in this game.
press F6 during an online game and keep an eye on the packetloss indicator u'll notice whenever it happens u have packetloss. Try lowering netspeed

Ping 200 isn't bad. In fact, ping 240 is still playable. Depends on some things though.

Tricky: I'd blame it on your connection. It's either crappy or it's clogged with other stuff. Have you scanned your computer for adware/spyware stuff recently?

hm well im probably going to be banned anyways so i better hurry this up but probably wont get anywhere like all of my topics.
I dont think it is my connection because any other games i play do not lag at all and have no trouble except for ut2004.
How can i fix the loss packet problem maybe that is the problem.
